We provide and/or arrange travel and tourism-related services, which may include tour packages, pilgrimage tours, hotel accommodation, transportation, airport and railway transfers, ferry and boat services, sightseeing, local transportation, guides, meal arrangements, customised tours, group travel, senior-citizen travel assistance and other travel-related services.

The exact services included in a customer's booking are those specifically mentioned in the accepted quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or final itinerary.

2Travel information may change

Travel information can change at short notice — including hotel availability and rates, vehicle availability, airfares, train and ferry schedules, government rules, entry and tourism fees, temple and attraction timings, road conditions, traffic restrictions, weather, local regulations, taxes, permits and festival arrangements.

HolidaySeva makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that every piece of travel information will remain unchanged after publication or quotation. Customers should rely on the final confirmed booking information applicable to their particular trip.

3Website information disclaimer

HolidaySeva makes reasonable efforts to keep Holidayseva.com accurate and up to date. However, website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, incorrect pricing, technical errors, broken links, incomplete information, or supplier information that has subsequently changed.

HolidaySeva reserves the right to correct obvious errors. If a material error affects a customer's booking, we will inform the customer and provide the appropriate options available under the booking conditions and applicable law.

4Website prices are not always final prices

Prices displayed on Holidayseva.com may be starting, indicative, per-person, seasonal or promotional prices, or prices based on a particular group size, hotel or vehicle.

A website price does not constitute a confirmed booking until HolidaySeva confirms availability and price.

5Quotation disclaimer

A quotation is prepared using rates and availability available at the time of preparation. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation does not itself guarantee hotel, vehicle, ferry, airfare, train, room or guide availability, or the final price. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment has been received and HolidaySeva has issued confirmation.

6Third-party travel services

Many elements of a tour may be provided by independent third-party suppliers — hotels, resorts, airlines, rail operators, car and bus operators, ferry and boat operators, restaurants, guides, activity providers, payment gateways and local destination partners.

Where HolidaySeva acts as an arranger or intermediary for such services, the actual operation of that service remains under the control of the relevant supplier. HolidaySeva cannot control every action, omission or operational decision of an independent supplier. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any responsibility that HolidaySeva is legally required to accept.

7Hotel disclaimer

Hotels are independently managed unless expressly stated otherwise. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that a specific room number or view will be available, that rooms will appear exactly as shown in photographs, that every advertised facility will remain operational, that early check-in or late check-out will be permitted, or that a hotel will not change its internal policies.

Hotel facilities may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, renovation, weather, staff availability, technical problems or government restrictions. Any special hotel request is subject to availability unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

8Hotel classification disclaimer

Hotel star ratings, categories and standards may vary according to location, local classification systems and individual hotel practices. A hotel described as "3-star", "4-star", "deluxe", "premium", "standard" or similar is intended to describe its general category. HolidaySeva does not independently certify hotel star classifications unless expressly stated.

9Hotel substitution

A confirmed hotel may occasionally become unavailable because of overbooking, operational closure, government restrictions, maintenance, supplier failure, natural events or safety concerns. Where reasonably possible, HolidaySeva will try to arrange a suitable alternative. The substitute hotel may not be identical in appearance, location or facilities.

10Transportation disclaimer

Transportation may be provided through independent vehicle operators. Vehicle details may change because of breakdown, maintenance, availability, safety concerns, driver availability, road restrictions or government requirements. Unless a specific vehicle model has been expressly guaranteed, photographs or model names should be treated as representative. HolidaySeva will make reasonable efforts to arrange the confirmed vehicle category or a suitable alternative.

11Traffic & journey time

Travel times mentioned in itineraries are estimates. Actual travel time may be affected by traffic congestion, road construction, accidents, diversions, checkpoints, local festivals, political rallies, religious gatherings, weather, government restrictions, ferry queues, or crowd conditions. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee exact arrival times where delays arise from conditions outside its reasonable control.

12Ferry & boat disclaimer

Ferry, launch and boat services depend heavily on local operating conditions — weather, tide, river conditions, water level, visibility, wind, government or port authority instructions, vessel availability, safety restrictions and crowd levels. Departure times may change without prior notice, and HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that a ferry or boat will depart at an exact scheduled time where the service is controlled by an independent operator or authority.

13Private ferry / boat services

Private ferry or boat services, where offered, are subject to vessel availability, government permissions, local regulations, safety requirements, weather and tide conditions, and supplier confirmation. A private ferry service should not be understood as permission to bypass government restrictions, safety rules or mandatory passenger controls. HolidaySeva will not knowingly arrange transportation in violation of applicable safety requirements.

14GangaSagar travel disclaimer

Travel to GangaSagar involves road and water transportation and may be affected by ferry conditions, tide, weather, traffic, local administration, vehicle restrictions, crowd levels, religious events and road closures. Travel times to and from GangaSagar cannot always be predicted accurately.

15GangaSagar Mela disclaimer

GangaSagar Mela is a major pilgrimage event attracting very large crowds. During Mela periods, customers should expect the possibility of heavy crowds, long queues, traffic restrictions, restricted vehicle access, additional walking, security checkpoints, ferry waiting time, temporary route changes, government-controlled movement, changes in pickup and drop points, temporary accommodation arrangements, and limited availability of certain facilities.

HolidaySeva will make reasonable efforts to assist customers according to their confirmed package. However, instructions issued by the Government, police, local administration, ferry authorities and other competent authorities will always take priority.

16Darshan & Puja disclaimer

HolidaySeva may provide coordination or assistance for Darshan, Puja or visits to religious places where included in the package. However, HolidaySeva does not control religious institutions or temple authorities, and cannot guarantee immediate Darshan, a particular Darshan time, queue duration, special or VIP entry unless officially confirmed, access to restricted areas, a specific priest, Puja duration or ritual outcome. All religious activities remain subject to the rules and practices of the relevant religious authority.

17No guarantee of religious or spiritual outcome

HolidaySeva provides travel-related services only. We make no guarantee regarding spiritual benefits, religious blessings, fulfilment of wishes, religious outcomes, personal beliefs, or the results of Puja or ritual activities. Such matters are personal matters of faith and belief.

18Sightseeing disclaimer

Sightseeing locations may close temporarily or permanently because of government orders, religious ceremonies, maintenance, security concerns, weather, weekly closure, special events, crowd restrictions, or local administrative decisions. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee entry to every attraction where access is controlled by another authority.

19Itinerary disclaimer

An itinerary represents the planned journey but may need to be adjusted. HolidaySeva may reasonably change timing, route, sightseeing sequence, meal timing, pickup time or transportation method where necessary because of operational, safety or external circumstances. Minor itinerary changes do not normally constitute cancellation of the entire package.

20Weather disclaimer

HolidaySeva does not control weather conditions. Travel may be affected by rain, storms, cyclones, heat, cold, fog, flooding, high winds or other weather events. Normal seasonal weather does not automatically entitle a traveller to cancel without applicable charges. Severe-weather cancellations will be handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, supplier rules and applicable law.

21Natural disaster disclaimer

HolidaySeva cannot prevent or control events such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones, landslides, storms, fires, tsunamis or other natural disasters. Our priority in such circumstances will be reasonable assistance and traveller safety where possible. Additional expenses may arise because of changed travel arrangements.

22Force majeure

HolidaySeva will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control — natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes, political disturbances, curfew, government orders, border or airport closures, railway disruption, road closures, ferry suspension, communication failures, or major infrastructure failures. HolidaySeva will make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers, but additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances.

23Government rules & restrictions

Government authorities may introduce or change travel restrictions, entry requirements, traffic controls, security procedures, permits, taxes, tourism charges, identification requirements or health requirements. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that government rules will remain unchanged after booking. Customers must comply with applicable government requirements.

24Passport & visa disclaimer

For international travel, travellers are responsible for maintaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, permits and immigration documents. Visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and HolidaySeva cannot guarantee visa approval. Any visa assistance provided by HolidaySeva is administrative assistance only unless specifically agreed otherwise.

25Passport validity

Travellers are responsible for checking the passport-validity requirements of their destination and transit countries. HolidaySeva will not be responsible for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from insufficient passport validity where the customer was responsible for obtaining the required documents.

26Health & medical disclaimer

HolidaySeva is a travel company and does not provide medical advice unless a qualified medical professional has expressly been engaged for a particular service. Travellers are responsible for considering whether they are physically and medically fit to travel.

Customers with heart conditions, breathing difficulties, mobility limitations, chronic illnesses, pregnancy, recent surgery or other significant medical conditions should obtain appropriate professional medical advice before travelling when needed.

27Medical emergency

If a traveller experiences a medical emergency, HolidaySeva may make reasonable efforts to assist with contacting emergency services, locating medical facilities, arranging transportation, or contacting family members. However, medical services are provided by independent healthcare providers, and HolidaySeva does not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of medical treatment. Medical costs remain the traveller's responsibility unless covered by insurance or otherwise agreed.

28Senior citizen disclaimer

HolidaySeva may offer packages designed to reduce unnecessary difficulty for senior citizens, including travel assistance, transportation, ferry coordination, local vehicle assistance, accommodation planning and meal arrangements. However, "senior-citizen-friendly" does not mean zero walking, zero queues, zero stairs, wheelchair accessibility everywhere, guaranteed medical assistance, or guaranteed private transportation at every point. Infrastructure at pilgrimage and rural destinations may have limitations beyond HolidaySeva's control.

29Wheelchair & accessibility disclaimer

Accessibility arrangements depend on hotel infrastructure, vehicle design, ferry infrastructure, destination infrastructure and availability of wheelchairs or assistants. Customers requiring accessibility support should inform HolidaySeva before confirming the booking. We cannot guarantee accessibility at every location unless specifically confirmed in writing.

30Children & minors

Parents and guardians remain responsible for children travelling with them. HolidaySeva staff, guides or drivers are not substitute guardians or childcare providers unless a specific authorised service has been arranged. Children should remain under appropriate adult supervision.

31Pregnancy & special conditions

Pregnant travellers and persons with special medical needs should seek appropriate professional advice before undertaking travel that may involve long road journeys, ferry travel, difficult terrain, long walks, crowds or remote destinations. HolidaySeva does not independently determine medical fitness to travel.

32Food & meal disclaimer

Meals may be provided by hotels, restaurants, caterers or local food providers. HolidaySeva will make reasonable efforts to arrange the meal type confirmed in the package. However, independent food providers remain responsible for preparation and hygiene standards.

33Food allergies

Customers with serious food allergies must inform HolidaySeva and the relevant food provider. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that independent kitchens are completely free from nuts, gluten, dairy, soy or other allergens. Travellers with severe allergies should take appropriate personal precautions.

34Vegetarian food

Where the package states that vegetarian meals are included, HolidaySeva will arrange vegetarian food through the relevant service provider. Menu items, serving style and timing may vary depending on destination and availability.

35Personal belongings

Travellers remain responsible for their belongings — cash, jewellery, mobile phones, cameras, laptops, luggage, passports, identity documents and medicines. Customers should not leave valuables unattended. HolidaySeva's responsibility for loss or damage will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

36Lost or stolen property

HolidaySeva may assist customers in contacting hotels, drivers, transport operators or police authorities, but cannot guarantee recovery of lost or stolen property.

37Baggage disclaimer

Airlines, transport companies and other suppliers may impose baggage limits. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable baggage rules, and excess baggage may incur additional charges. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that unusually large quantities of luggage will fit into a booked vehicle unless this has been discussed in advance.

38Travel insurance disclaimer

Travel insurance is not automatically included unless specifically mentioned in the package. Customers are encouraged to consider appropriate insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, trip interruption, baggage, accidents and other travel risks. Insurance claims are controlled by the relevant insurer, and HolidaySeva cannot guarantee that an insurer will approve a claim.

39Accidents & personal injury

Travel involves inherent risks including road travel, water transport, walking and outdoor activities. HolidaySeva expects its suppliers and customers to follow reasonable safety precautions. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for injury or loss where HolidaySeva is legally responsible under applicable law.

40Adventure activities

If a package includes an adventure or recreational activity, participation may involve additional risks. Customers should follow safety instructions, use required safety equipment, inform operators of relevant health conditions, and avoid participating if medically unfit. Activity operators may require customers to accept their own safety conditions.

41Customer conduct

Travellers must behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws and safety instructions. HolidaySeva is not responsible for consequences resulting from a traveller's illegal activity, reckless conduct, violence, serious misconduct, ignoring safety instructions, or violation of local rules.

42Alcohol & prohibited substances

Customers are responsible for complying with local laws concerning alcohol, drugs and prohibited substances. HolidaySeva does not accept responsibility for fines, arrest, detention or other consequences resulting from a traveller's illegal behaviour.

43Customer errors

HolidaySeva is not responsible for losses arising primarily from inaccurate information supplied by the customer — for example, an incorrect traveller name, wrong travel date, incorrect pickup location, age, passport details or contact details. Customers must carefully review their booking confirmation.

44Missed departure

Customers must arrive at the agreed departure or pickup point on time. HolidaySeva cannot guarantee continuation of the original itinerary if a traveller misses a flight, train, ferry, vehicle or tour departure because of the traveller's own delay. Alternative arrangements may involve additional charges.

45Third-party website links

Holidayseva.com may contain links to external websites. External websites are independently operated, and HolidaySeva does not control their content, accuracy, security, privacy practices or availability. Users access external websites at their own discretion.

46Google Maps & location information

Maps, travel times and route information provided by Google Maps or similar platforms are approximate. Actual routes and travel times may vary. HolidaySeva is not responsible for errors originating from independent mapping platforms.

47Social media information

Information displayed on HolidaySeva's Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp or other social media platforms is generally intended for informational or promotional purposes. A social media post does not replace the specific quotation or booking confirmation issued to a customer.

48Photographs & videos

Photographs and videos shown on Holidayseva.com or social media are intended to illustrate destinations and services. Actual travel conditions may differ because of season, weather, crowd, renovation, hotel or vehicle allocation, or natural changes. Images should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer will experience identical conditions.

49Illustrative & stock images

Some website images may be promotional photographs, licensed stock images, representative destination images, or supplier-provided photographs. Where an image is representative rather than an exact depiction of a booked room, vehicle or service, the confirmed booking description will take priority.

50Customer reviews & testimonials

Customer reviews represent the personal experiences and opinions of individual travellers. Results and experiences may vary. A positive review does not guarantee that every traveller will have an identical experience.

51No guaranteed travel experience

Travel experiences depend on many factors outside HolidaySeva's control. HolidaySeva therefore does not guarantee specific weather, no traffic, no queues, exact journey or sightseeing times, specific crowd levels, specific religious experiences, or identical hotel rooms. Our obligation is to make reasonable efforts to provide the services actually confirmed in the booking.

52Promotional offers

Promotional offers may be time limited, quantity limited, destination or date specific, or subject to availability. Offers may be withdrawn or revised before booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, the applicable confirmed terms will apply.

53"Free" services & offers

Where a service is advertised as "free", "complimentary" or "included at no additional charge", it may form part of a package price. A complimentary service may be subject to availability and its stated conditions. HolidaySeva will not use the word "free" to conceal a mandatory separate charge.

54Online payment disclaimer

Online payments may be processed through banks, UPI services or payment gateways. HolidaySeva does not control the operation of third-party payment networks. Temporary payment failure, bank delay or gateway downtime may occur. A payment should not be treated as successfully received until the transaction is confirmed.

55Fraudulent payments & impersonation

Customers should make payments only through payment details officially provided by HolidaySeva.

56Cybersecurity

HolidaySeva takes reasonable measures to protect its website and systems. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely free from malware, cyberattacks, technical failures, or data transmission risks. Customers should maintain appropriate security on their own devices. HolidaySeva's responsibility for any security incident will be determined according to applicable law and the facts of the incident.

57Website availability

Holidayseva.com may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, server problems, cybersecurity measures, internet failure or technical upgrades. HolidaySeva does not guarantee continuous website availability. Website downtime does not automatically cancel existing confirmed bookings.

58Email, WhatsApp & communication

Electronic communication may occasionally be delayed, filtered or fail. Customers should contact HolidaySeva again if an urgent booking message does not receive a response. A message sent by a customer does not automatically mean that HolidaySeva has received or accepted a booking request.

59Advertising disclaimer

Advertising is intended to provide general information about our services. Actual availability, inclusions, price and booking conditions will be determined by the final quotation and booking confirmation. HolidaySeva does not intend advertising statements to override written booking conditions.

60Third-party advertisements

If third-party advertisements or links appear on Holidayseva.com, HolidaySeva does not automatically endorse the advertised company, product or service. Customers should independently review third-party terms before purchasing from them.

61Intellectual property

HolidaySeva's website content, branding, original text, package descriptions, graphics and other proprietary material may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised commercial copying, impersonation or misuse may result in appropriate action.

62Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HolidaySeva will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where liability may lawfully be limited, HolidaySeva's liability will generally relate only to reasonable direct loss resulting from the particular affected HolidaySeva service.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

63Third-party supplier liability

Where a loss arises solely from the independent actions of a hotel, airline, transport provider, ferry operator, restaurant or other supplier, responsibility may rest with that supplier according to the circumstances. HolidaySeva will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance with genuine supplier complaints where appropriate.

64No unlimited liability waiver

Nothing in this Disclaimer means that HolidaySeva can avoid responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, obligations that cannot legally be excluded, statutory consumer rights, or other liability that applicable law requires HolidaySeva to accept. This section applies even if another provision appears to suggest otherwise.

65Compensation claims

Any request for compensation should be supported by appropriate evidence showing the service booked, the problem experienced, any direct financial loss, and relevant receipts or documents. Claims will be reviewed according to the confirmed booking, these terms, supplier conditions, applicable law and the actual circumstances.

66Duty to reduce avoidable loss

If a problem occurs during travel, customers should take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary additional loss. Customers should also contact HolidaySeva promptly where assistance could reasonably solve or reduce the problem.

67Complaints during travel

Customers should report significant travel problems as soon as reasonably possible. This gives HolidaySeva an opportunity to contact the supplier, arrange an alternative, correct the problem, or provide assistance. A complaint submitted only after travel may be more difficult to investigate, although this does not remove any legal right the customer may have.

68Refunds & cancellations

All cancellation and refund matters are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers should read that policy before confirming a booking. Supplier cancellation conditions may also apply.

69Privacy

Personal information collected by HolidaySeva is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Cookie and website tracking information is addressed in our Cookie Policy.

70Terms & Conditions

All bookings are also subject to our Terms & Conditions. This Disclaimer should therefore not be read as a standalone booking agreement.

71Consumer rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to remove or restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Where a provision of this Disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

72Changes to this Disclaimer

HolidaySeva may update this Disclaimer from time to time due to changes in services, suppliers, technology, business practices, government requirements or applicable law. The latest version will be published on Holidayseva.com. For confirmed bookings, the terms applicable when the booking was made will generally continue to apply unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

73Governing law

This Disclaimer and the use of Holidayseva.com are governed by applicable laws of India.

74Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any forum permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to HolidaySeva will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
